Riots broke out after the match between Trabzonspor – Fenerbahce. Hooligans of Trabzonspor invaded the pitch at the end of the match because the bad decisions of the referee and also because they considered the celebration of Fenerbahce’s players as provocative to them (Trabzonspor has a big rivalry with teams from Istanbul).
Trabzonspor is considered one of the biggest team in Turkiye along with the big three from Istanbul.
